REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

We are looking for an experienced and capable Project Head with strong experience in the Real Estate industry and the ability to lead projects from planning to successful completion.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- 15–20 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Project Management
- Solid experience in handling large-scale real estate projects
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, execution and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively
- Robust coordination with contractors, consultants, architects and internal teams
- Good understanding of quality standards, project requirements and site execution
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities




- Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines
- Professional, responsible and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage overall project planning and execution
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality and resources
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed as per planned timelines and standards
- Review project requirements and resolve execution-related issues
- Monitor site activities and ensure smooth project operations
- Provide regular project updates to management
- Ensure effective coordination between all departments involved in the project
