Customer Inquiry Receipt, Quotation making
Reports to: Quotation Leader & Brand Head
Qualification: Bachelors Degree (BSc, BA, BCom), Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / 1-2 yrs similar work Experience, Valuable communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Understanding customer’s inquiries for certain Product / Brand / Business Segment.
- Analyse and execute all inquiries as per customer need & requirements.
- Daily Quotation making on inquiries received from Customers for a particular product/Brand.
- Ensure no inquiries are pending to issue Quotation on the same day as per guidelines set.
- Handling existing inquiries effectively to the maximum satisfaction of customers.
