What You Will Do
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our recruitment database.
- Learn and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to drive company growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing positions.
- Basic understanding of or keen interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Ability to start immediately (Preferred).
