About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent content sense, and a passion for events, brands, experiences, and storytelling.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, covering live events, and building a strong digital presence for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Develop creative content including Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels and Videos.
- Cover live events, corporate events, activations and brand experiences through photos, videos, Reels and Stories.
- Identify and leverage trending audio, formats, hashtags and social media trends.
- Coordinate with the creative, event production and business development teams to collect relevant content.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and communication across platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement.




- Track social media performance and prepare monthly/weekly reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views and leads.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify recent content opportunities.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers for content creation.
- Support social media requirements for client events and campaigns.
- Stay updated with Instagram and LinkedIn algorithm changes and emerging digital trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media, preferably in an event management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent understanding of Reels, Stories and short-form video content.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to event venues for content coverage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan and execute content from concept to posting.
