Position: AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to develop and implement AI-based solutions for our gold and diamond jewelry manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with Production, QC, CAD and Management teams to automate processes, improve efficiency, and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI and automation solutions for jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Implement AI-based Quality Control and defect detection solutions using images/videos.
- Develop systems for production tracking, planning, and pending-job analysis.
- Analyze production, rejection, rework, manpower, and operational data.
- Automate repetitive Excel, reporting, and back-office processes.
- Develop AI-based dashboards and management reports.
- Work on Gold Weight, Material Consumption, and Production Analysis.
- Develop forecasting and prediction models for production and inventory requirements.
- Explore AI applications in jewelry CAD and design-related workflows.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs with existing company software and systems.
- Work with company databases and develop data-driven business solutions.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated using AI.
- Test, maintain, and improve AI models and automation systems.




- Work with different departments to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of AI projects and workflows.
- Ensure company data and customer information remain secure and confidential.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Good programming knowledge in Python.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and AI Automation.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization.
- Good understanding of automation and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert real business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Preferred

- Experience in manufacturing, jewelry, ERP, production, or quality-control systems.
- Experience in AI-based image processing or defect detection.
- Experience in Excel/ERP automation and dashboard development.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
