If you understand how creators think, what makes content work, and can execute without constant direction, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and shortlist relevant Malayalam-speaking influencers
- Reach out, negotiate, and onboard influencers
- Manage campaigns end-to-end
- Track performance and report results
- Stay updated with trends and viral content

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent in English/Hindi
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystem
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Bonus: Prior experience managing influencers or running a page

Who Should Not Apply:

- Candidates looking for a low-effort or passive internship
- Those not actively consuming social media content
- Those without strong Malayalam proficiency
