Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare project plans and work schedules
* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and estimates
* Prepare and submit RA Bills and Client Bills
* Check site measurements and quantities
* Prepare MB and billing reports
* Track project progress and prepare reports
* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and clients
* Verify subcontractor bills and measurements
* Maintain project documentation and billing records
* Knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD preferred
