Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, field coordination, MIS reporting, documentation, and project support. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations team and assist in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Operations team in managing day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with field teams, project staff, and different departments for smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational records.
- Collect, verify, update, and maintain operational data in MS Excel and other reporting formats.
- Support the team in monitoring attendance, field activities, staff deployment, and project-related requirements.
- Follow up with field teams regarding pending reports, documents, attendance,



and other operational requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and other documents required by management.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, IT, and other departments for operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Internship Details

Job Types: Full-time, Internship - Your internship may be extended based on performance.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up To ₹10,000.00 per month
