Job Description:

- A relevant 5+ years Practical knowledge of working in corporate fit out/ retail/Commercial projects. Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & interior works like- Finishes, gypsum glass partitions, furniture & carpentry works. Knowledge of MEP packages & coordination with them.
- Should be capable of managing vendors/Supervisors.
- Should be able to handle Multiple sites.
- Should be able to coordinate with Client/PM/Consultants/Architects/Vendors &Suppliers.;
- All Site work Quality Management - Material quality & execution as per specifications.
- Monitoring the work schedule & completing the work within approved timeline & budget
- Reporting & escalating the site progress update/critical milestone status to Management
- Skills: Vendor management, BOQ & Specification/ Drawings reading & implementation.
- Key Responsibilities:



End to end project Execution.
- Monitor & coordinate for documentation/ Invoicing after material delivery/intermediate work milestones.
- Project Closure: Coordinate with Designers & Vendors for final bill certification, Handover documentation -warranty certificates, asset list validation, as built dwgs.
- Graduate(Civil/Interior/Architect) with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in corporate fit out

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
