Job Summary

Roomy Ventures LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible *Interior Supervisor* to oversee interior installation and site activities. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, designers, and customers to ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day interior installation and execution work at project sites.

* Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.

* Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, measurements, and specifications.

* Check the quality of materials, fittings, finishing, and installation work.

* Take site measurements and verify dimensions when required.

* Coordinate with the design and sales teams regarding project requirements and changes.

* Communicate project updates and site issues to the management.

* Identify and resolve execution-related issues at the site.

* Ensure proper handling and use of materials and minimize material wastage.

* Monitor worker attendance,



productivity, and work allocation.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards at the worksite.

* Coordinate material delivery and ensure materials are available as required.

* Conduct final quality checks before project handover to the customer.

* Handle customer/site-related queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

* Maintain daily site progress reports and necessary documentation.

Requirements

*2–5 years of experience* in interior supervision, site supervision, furniture installation, or a related field.

* Experience in interior fit-out, modular furniture, or residential/commercial interior projects will be preferred.

* Good knowledge of interior installation and finishing works.

* Ability to read and understand basic interior drawings and measurements.

* Solid coordination and team management skills.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
