Job Title: Caregiver

Organization: Sukino Continuum Care/Sukino Academy

Job Summary:

The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients requiring assisted living, rehabilitation, or long-term support. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting clinical teams in delivering personalized care.

We also welcome freshers who are passionate about building a career in healthcare. Candidates without prior experience can enroll in our structured training program, followed by internship and placement opportunities within Sukino Continuum Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs (as trained) and report any changes in patient condition
- Support patient mobility including walking assistance, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of patients and their surroundings
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist nurses and healthcare staff in basic care procedures
- Ensure timely medication reminders (as per instructions from medical staff)
- Maintain accurate daily care records and reports




- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate when required

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required
- Candidates without experience can join our Caregiver Training Program, which includes:
- Classroom training (theory & practical)
- Hands-on internship/on-the-job training
- Opportunity for full time placement based on performance
- Prior experience in patient care, elderly care, or hospital settings is an added advantage

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
