Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month (CTC)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our skill development center at Howrah Maidan. The candidate will be responsible for candidate mobilization, field marketing, community outreach, and driving admissions for our government-sponsored skill development training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field awareness campaigns, door-to-door mobilization, and student counseling in local areas.
- Organize community meetings, information sessions, and youth connect programs to generate interest in training courses.
- Coordinate with local clubs, panchayats, and community leaders to reach potential candidates.
- Maintain student enrollment records, lead data, and daily mobilization reports.




- Guide interested students through the registration and batch admission process.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in candidate mobilization, field sales, or skill development initiatives (e.g., PBSSD/PMKVY).
- Skills: Good communication and persuasive skills; willingness to travel
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Howrah will be preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
