Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track trucks/shipments in real time
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers & customers
- Provide timely ETA, pickup & delivery updates
- Handle delays and operational issues
- Maintain accurate tracking records & reports
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Tracking & Tracing / Logistics / Dispatch
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and tracking systems
Comfortable working night shifts
Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹40,604.56 per month
Work Location: In person
