We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-facing Digital Content Creator to build and strengthen our brand presence across social media platforms.

Camera-facing is mandatory for this role. The candidate must be comfortable appearing in Reels, videos, promotional content, and other on-camera activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Appear on camera for Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, educational content, and brand campaigns.
- Ideate, script, shoot, and coordinate engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, and video content.
- Research and identify trending topics, viral formats, audios, hooks, and content strategies.
- Develop creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, views, and brand awareness.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Convert IT and business-related topics into simple, interesting, and audience-friendly content.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Capture photos and videos for office activities, events, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance and track views, reach,



engagement, and follower growth.
- Continuously experiment with current content formats and strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

- Camera-facing confidence is mandatory.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking naturally and confidently in front of the camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strong awareness of current social media trends and viral content strategies.
- Creative thinking with excellent content ideation and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools is preferred.
- Ability to understand an IT/service-based business and present technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, relevant content portfolios, internships, or social media experience are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,148.13 - ₹25,244.43 per month
