Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. Freshers who are interested in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare bills/invoices and handle basic cash or digital payments.
- Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at the counter.
- Coordinate with the stock/store team for product availability.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements





- Fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
