Job Summary – Warranty Executive

Thanjavur TVS is looking for a Warranty Executive to handle warranty-related documentation and system activities. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and good coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle warranty claims and related documentation.
- Update warranty details in the system.
- Coordinate with the Service and Parts departments.
- Maintain warranty records and reports.
- Follow up on warranty claim status and approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of claims.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Basic computer and system knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good system knowledge can also apply.
