Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive portfolio growth. You will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, securing high-value accounts, and selling financial products across commercial and retail banking sectors. Key Responsibilities Acquire Clients: Prospect and onboard current commercial, SMB, or high-net-worth clients for deposits, loans, and treasury services. Drive Revenue: Manage the full sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with business leaders, key decision-makers, and referral networks. Cross-Sell Solutions: Match client needs with appropriate credit, merchant, and wealth management services.
Pay: ₹14,539.79 - ₹48,681.93 per month
