Job Description:

- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth work progress.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and instructions.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and work.
- Check and maintain daily work progress and site reports.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and avoid material wastage.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with management and report site-related issues.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Read and understand civil drawings and measurements.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
- Valuable knowledge of construction site activities and supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and site activities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at the construction site.

Job Location: Thoothukudi – Mangalagiri

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
