We are hiring a Customer Support Executive fluent in Tamil and Malayalam to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role involves handling customer queries over phone, email, and chat, and ensuring every customer walks away with a positive experience. Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns are fully resolved
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with company standards

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling,



or a similar role
- Fluency in both Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory
- Good English communication skills preferred
- Comfortable using computers and CRM applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
