About the Role

Techinject Global Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete social media process — from content planning and creation to editing, publishing, engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and other social media creatives.
- Write engaging captions, copy, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
- Schedule and publish content consistently according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze insights and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and other teams to develop effective campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all social media platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent content planning and organizational skills.




- Good video and image editing skills.
- Ability to create engaging and trend-based content.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media work are encouraged to apply.
