Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import CHA Documentation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding/customs clearance industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Import CHA documentation.
- Prepare and verify checklists for all types of Bills of Entry (BOE).
- Handle HS Code classification and ensure correct product classification.
- Prepare and process e-SANCHIT documentation.
- Handle CCR and related import documentation.
- Prepare and maintain DSR and shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and shipment-related queries.
- Coordinate with CHA, Customs, CFS, transporters, and internal operations teams.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-up for customs clearance.
- Maintain proper records of import documentation.
- Monitor shipments and ensure smooth clearance without unnecessary delays.

Required Skills





- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Import CHA Documentation.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Customs Clearance is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HS Code, BOE, Checklist, e-SANCHIT, CCR and DSR.
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and work within deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Relevant experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, logistics or shipping will be preferred.
