We are looking for a Fleet Management Data Entry Executive to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ERP system for our transport fleet.
The candidate will be responsible for entering, checking, and maintaining fleet-related transactions and ensuring that vehicle records, expenses, maintenance, tyres, batteries, and other fleet information are properly documented in the ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain vehicle-wise data in the Fleet Management module.
- Record and update vehicle master information and supporting documents.
- Record vehicle repair and maintenance expenses.
- Maintain tyre records
- Maintain battery records
- Maintain records of vehicle documents and expiry dates
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
