Job Summary

Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Trainer to provide technical training to students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Electrical Engineering, good communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Electrical Engineering training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Electrical Engineering concepts.
- Provide practical, industry-oriented training through real-world projects and case studies.
- Train students in electrical system design, analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide training on relevant electrical engineering software and industry-standard tools.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, assignments, and practical projects.
- Guide students in completing electrical engineering projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical feedback.
- Clarify student queries and provide technical guidance.
- Help students develop practical and industry-relevant Electrical Engineering skills.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Good understanding of Power Systems, Electrical Machines,



Protection Systems, Control Systems, and Industrial Electrical Applications.
- Knowledge of electrical design, analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering software and simulation/design tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to deliver practical and project-based training.
- Good student-handling and classroom management skills.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Industry experience in Electrical Design, Power Systems, Electrical Maintenance, Automation, or related fields.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Trainer, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Power System Engineer, or Faculty is an advantage.
- Candidates with practical industry project experience and knowledge of electrical engineering software will be preferred.
