Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses issues remotely and onsite, handling hardware and software components at the operating system level. Daily activities include troubleshooting at basic and intermediate levels, maintaining network and server infrastructure, and collaborating with teams to uphold service reliability and performance standards.





Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and escalating issues as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
- Document technical procedures and solutions to enhance team knowledge and support future troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and updates to infrastructure components.
- Provide timely responses to service requests and incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware components, and operating system environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server and network configurations.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques for effective problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Ability to work within defined operating models and follow established processes for incident and change management.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
