Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.




- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of application features.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data analytics and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code development platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
