Job Title: Accountant (Experienced)

Job Summary

RNG Group of Institutions invites applications from experienced and qualified Accountants with prior exposure to educational institutions. The position involves managing institutional accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting HR and payroll-related functions, with effective use of ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, fee accounting, expense tracking, and fund utilization
- Process payroll in coordination with HR, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, audits, etc.)
- Maintain employee-related financial records and payroll registers
- Use Tally, ERP systems for accounting, payroll, and reporting functions
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management review




- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits
- Maintain Stock registers

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification (Mandatory): B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) or any other relevant accounting degree
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution
- Knowledge of HR payroll systems preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and ERP software is essential

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
