Please note - Candidate should have strong experience in G+10 or higher building construction, with specific expertise in building structures.

ü Overall Coordination with all consultants & Contractor.ü Review of Design & Drawings in accordance to the project requirement. Routine co-ordination with the consultantsü Managing the changes at site & rectification in drawing through proper protocol, assuring the vendor drawings in compliance with design & technical requirements.ü Resources Mobilzation of staff, labour, machinery, vendors & specialized agencies as per the construction schedule & priorities.ü Review the project plans and specifications and comment if any on the building design, scheduling, possible Cost savings measures and potential construction problems.ü Assist estimator in preparation of project budget and prepare the general conditions budget.ü Machinery and Resource Planning.ü Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.ü Inform the Consultant/Contractor’s for any errors, discrepancies or omissions observed (if any)



in Consultant’s Design drawings.ü Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.ü Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.ü Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to Management and contractor.ü Maintain and enforce valuable construction standards and quality control.ü Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses.ü Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.ü Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to consultant/owner accordingly.ü Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/Contractor as well as effectively Lead the activities.ü Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists & Preparation of the project schedule.

Dynamic Professional with 18 - 20 years of experiences in Construction of Preferably 5 Star Hotel, Malls/Commercial Buildings or Hospital etc.

Must be a strategic leader responsible for planning analysis and properly & timely execution of construction activities.

A thorough professional with consistent business performance and with highest standard of professional integrity.

Should be a good team player and having good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
