Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and trustworthy person to take care of our Airbnb house. The main responsibility is to ensure that the property is clean, well-maintained and ready for every guest.

1. Cleaning After Every Guest Check-out

* Thoroughly clean the entire house after every guest check-out.

* Clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony/sit-out and other guest-use areas.

* Clean the house properly and ensure there is no bad smell, dirt, stains or leftover waste.

* Remove all waste and ensure proper waste disposal.

* Check the entire house for any damage, missing items, stains or other issues.

* Take photos/videos after cleaning and share them with the owner/supervisor.

2. Bedding & Laundry

* After every guest check-out, collect all used bedsheets and duvet covers and hand them over to the designated laundry service.

* Collect used pillow covers and towels, wash them in the washing machine at the property and dry them properly in the designated outdoor drying area.

* Once dry, fold and store the pillow covers and towels neatly.

* Collect clean bedsheets and duvet covers from the laundry service and keep them properly.

* Before every guest check-in, ensure fresh and clean bedsheets, duvet covers, pillow covers and towels are available.

* Make the beds properly and arrange all bedding neatly before the guest arrives.

* Ensure sufficient clean bedding and towels are always available for the next booking.

3. Preparing the House Before Guest Check-in

Before every guest arrives:

* Complete a full cleaning of the house.

* Ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless.

* Prepare all beds with fresh and clean bedding.

* Arrange fresh towels properly.





* Check the kitchen and ensure all required items are clean and properly arranged.

* Check AC, fans, lights, water supply, appliances, Wi-Fi and other facilities.

* Ensure the entire house looks clean, fresh and welcoming.

* Report any damage, missing items or maintenance issues to the owner/supervisor immediately.

4. Guest Check-in Support

* Welcome and assist guests during check-in when required.

* Explain the important house rules clearly to guests.

* Explain the use of AC, appliances, Wi-Fi and other facilities.

* Explain proper waste disposal and other important house rules.

* Ensure guests understand the rules regarding smoking, parties, cleanliness and damage to property.

* Assist guests with basic questions or issues during check-in.

5. Daily / Regular Property Check

* Visit and check the property regularly, even when there are no guests.

* Check the overall cleanliness and condition of the house.

* Check bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and outdoor areas.

* Check water supply, electrical items, AC, appliances, lights, fans and other facilities.

* Check for leaks, damage, pests, unusual smells or any other issues.

* Ensure the property is properly maintained and ready for the next booking.

* Report any issues immediately to the owner/supervisor.

6. General Property Care

* Keep the house and surrounding areas clean and presentable.





* Ensure cleaning materials and essential household items are available.

* Inform the owner/supervisor when any cleaning supplies or household items need to be purchased.

* Coordinate with the owner/supervisor for repairs or maintenance when required.

* Handle the property, furniture, appliances and guest belongings carefully.

* Maintain the property to the same standard as a well-kept private home.

Salary & Working Arrangement

Salary: ₹15,000-17,000 per month.

The main responsibility is regular property checking, cleaning after every guest check-out, preparing the house before every guest check-in, including bedding preparation and laundry-related work, and assisting guests during check-in.

Guest bookings may vary, so the person should be flexible based on guest check-in and check-out timings.

This is a private Airbnb/home property, not a hotel. The role is focused on maintaining our property properly and ensuring every guest receives a clean, comfortable and well-prepared house.

Important Requirements

* Honest, reliable and responsible.

* Must have positive attention to cleanliness and small details.

* Must be able to work independently.

* Should be comfortable communicating with guests.

* Previous experience in Airbnb, homestay, villa or house cleaning is preferred.

* Should be able to use a washing machine.

* Should be able to communicate through WhatsApp and send photos/videos after cleaning and inspections.

* Must immediately report any damage, missing items or maintenance issues.

* Must treat the property with care and responsibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
