AFD Industrial Services is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive for water and wastewater-treatment solutions, including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, water-reuse systems, plant revamping, AMC and O&M; services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
- Visit hospitals, hotels, apartments, builders, industries and institutions.
- Develop contacts with architects, consultants and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and collect basic project and site details.
- Generate genuine sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, proposals and quotations.
- Submit offers and regularly follow up with customers.
- Support negotiation and order finalisation.
- Follow up payments.
- Coordinate with the project team until commissioning and final handover.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma,



degree or relevant technical-sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, Word and Excel.
- Responsible, presentable and capable of working independently.
- Interested in building a long-term career in technical sales.

The selected candidate will receive guidance and technical support from the company. Additional responsibilities and growth opportunities will be provided based on performance.

Pay: ₹12,967.11 - ₹24,000.00 per month
