We are looking for a skilled and experienced Press Machine Operator & Maintenance Technician who can independently handle the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and day-to-day technical requirements of press machines in our manufacturing facility.

Operate press machines safely & efficiently

Carry out preventive & breakdown

maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues Handle die/tool setup & changeover

Maintain machine performance & records

Minimize downtime & ensure safety

Experience:

3-4 Years

Qualification:

ITI/ Diploma

(Mechanical/ Electrical/

Mechatronics)

Mechanical

* Bearings, gears, shafts, couplings

* Lubrication & alignment





* Basic fitting & tools

Hydraulic / Pneumatic

* Pumps, valves, cylinders, FRL, units Leak& pressure troubleshooting Electrical/ Control

* Motors, sensors, contactors, relays

* Basic PLC & VFD (advantage)Press Machine Knowledge Operation, setup, die handling Safety systems & troubleshooting

· Problem solving & fault finding
