Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Tender Executive to manage end-to-end IT tendering activities. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing techno-commercial bids, coordinating with technical teams for solution documents, and ensuring accurate submission on government and e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and monitor IT tenders on portals like Government e Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, and state e-procurement sites
- Study RFP/RFQ documents and evaluate technical eligibility
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance sheets, and bid documentation
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, finance, and management teams
- Draft scope of work, project approach, and solution descriptions
- Prepare BOQ, commercial bid formats, and costing sheets
- Manage EMD, tender fees, and bid security documentation
- Handle online tender submissions and digital signature processes
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification queries
- Track tender results, L1/L2 status, and post-bid follow-ups




- Maintain tender database and documentation records
- Handle vendor registrations and certifications required for IT tenders

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT tendering & bid management
- Understanding of IT solutions (Networking, Cyber Security, Software, Hardware, AMC, Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with GeM and e-tender portals
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Valuable commercial understanding and costing basics
- Knowledge of compliance documents (OEM authorization, ISO, MSME, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF tools

Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in IT tendering / bid management
- Experience handling government IT projects preferred

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Business

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
