Role Overview:

We are looking for strong, logic-driven Python Backend & Full-Stack Developer Interns who can write clean, scalable code independently. This role requires candidates who understand Data Structures, Core Algorithms, and API Architecture from scratch—not just relying on AI generation or copy-pasting existing code.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and bug-free reusable code.
- Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for schema design and query optimization.
- Integrate backend services with frontend interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Independently debug, troubleshoot,



and trace complex logic issues within existing codebases.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end features under senior engineering guidance.

Must-Have Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: M.Tech or M.Sc. in Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
- Core Skills: Strong foundation in Python, OOPs concepts, Data Structures, and relational database queries.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong algorithmic thinking. Candidates must be capable of drafting logic and code structure independently.
- Basic Web Stack: Hands-on exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in English.

Selection & Evaluation Process:

- A Take-home Technical Test (OOPs, SQL/Database, Python, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML) — to be completed from home.
- In-Office Logic Test: Candidates will undergo a practical hands-on coding assessment (without access to AI generation tools/LLMs) to test core programming logic, data structure manipulation, and debugging skills.

Work Expectations:

- Strictly In-Office: Full-time presence at Ecospace Business Park, New Town, Kolkata (No WFH or hybrid option).
- Work Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays.
