Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations & Sales Management
- Drive store sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals.
- Oversee inventory management, stock intake, audit checks, and shrink control.
- Handle daily store administration, billing systems, cash management, and reporting.
- Customer Experience & Styling
- Deliver high-touch customer service, offering personalized styling advice for festive, bridal, and everyday ethnic collections.
- Manage customer feedback, tailoring services, custom orders, and fitting schedules.
- Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control
- Execute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to highlight recent arrivals, festive collections, and seasonal trends.
- Maintain garment presentation, ensuring proper steaming, tagging, and stock display.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor sales associates, stylists, and altered-garment tailors.
- Conduct team briefings on collection launch highlights, fabric care, and selling techniques.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
