Kaya Gantavya Resorts & Spa is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of the property’s technical systems and facilities.

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pelling, Sikkim
Experience: Relevant hotel/property maintenance experience preferred
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month
Salary is negotiable based on experience and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the property.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply and other technical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with external technicians and vendors whenever specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs and equipment servicing.




- Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and breakdowns.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with different departments to address maintenance-related requirements.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel/resort maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general property maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, disciplined and capable of working independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
