Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations for our Shopify-based D2C brands. The role involves managing website listings, orders, customer support, returns, inventory updates, and coordination between teams.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, rapid with execution, and comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across our e-commerce websites.
- Upload and update product listings, images, pricing, descriptions, variants, tags, and collections.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track pending orders, delayed orders, customer issues, and follow up until closure.
- Update website banners, offers, discounts, product pages, and basic website content.
- Maintain inventory, stock status, SKU details, and product availability.
- Handle customer communication over WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other support channels.




- Maintain basic reports using Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, D2C operations, Shopify, marketplaces, or customer support.
- Good understanding of Shopify admin or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Comfortable with product uploads, order management, returns, exchanges, and customer support.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work without repeated follow-ups.
- Should be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks daily.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and backend tools.

Good to Have

- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplace operations.
- Experience with shipping/courier dashboards and COD order handling.
- Basic Canva or image editing knowledge.
- Experience in D2C, fashion, accessories, mobile accessories, or consumer products.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
