- Own the Shop Floor: Complete ownership of 200 machine shop – Planning, Production, People & Performance
- On-Time Delivery: Achieve 100% OTD – No Excuses. Drive daily production vs plan, close gaps in real-time
- Production Planning: Master of PPC, machine loading, capacity planning, bottleneck management
- KPIs: Deliver on OEE, Production, Productivity, Rejection, Rework, Safety, 5S, Cost
- Leadership: Manage 10+ Engineers, 50+ Operators, Shift In-charges – Build a disciplined, high-performance team
- Lean & Systems: Drive 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Lean Manufacturing on the shop floor
- Cross-Functional: Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores & Dispatch to ensure zero line stoppage
- Safety & Compliance: 100% Safety compliance, ISO / IATF audit readiness
