We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for our campaigns, projects, events, social media platforms, and communication materials.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs that effectively communicate WECAN's initiatives, campaigns, activities, and social-impact stories.

The ideal candidate should have a robust creative mindset, good design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas and information into clear and impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, invitations, and campaign creatives.
- Develop visual concepts for social-impact campaigns, awareness programmes, events,



and community initiatives.
- Create presentations, infographics, reports, and other organizational communication materials.
- Work closely with the social media manager, video editor, and project team to develop campaign content.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, colours, and overall visual identity.
- Design creative materials for events, workshops, awareness campaigns, and field activities.
- Convert project information and data into clear and attractive visual formats.
- Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print use.
- Prepare designs in appropriate formats and dimensions for different platforms.
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
