We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and handle International Sales for the USA & Canada markets.

Focus: International Sales | B2B Sales | Lead Generation | Client Acquisition
Experience: 1+ years preferred

Location: [Remote / On-site / Hybrid]
Shift: US/Canada Time Zone

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities in the USA & Canada
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Pitch our services and convert qualified leads into clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in international B2B sales




Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Positive understanding of the USA & Canada market
Confident in pitching services to international clients
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Strong negotiation and closing skills
