We're a Jaipur-based creative collective working across documentaries, ad films, music videos, podcasts and digital content. We're looking for someone who can shoot with us and cut in the edit room — a hands-on role across both.

Responsibilities

* Assist on shoots — camera setup, lighting, data backup on location

* Handle small solo shoots independently (interviews, product, social content)

* Edit short-form (reels, promos) and long-form (podcasts, documentaries, ad films) content

* Take projects from rough cut to final export — sync, colour, sound, titles

* Add motion graphics, subtitles and thumbnails

* Manage project files, footage and backups

Good to have

* Green screen / chroma experience

* Sound design basics

Requirements





* 1–3 years of experience in editing and/or shooting

* Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills; Photoshop preferred

* Hands-on with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses and basic lighting setups

* Positive sense of pacing, rhythm and music

* Comfortable with Hindi and English content

* Willing to travel for outstation shoots

* Meets deadlines, takes feedback well

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
