Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B enquiries received through IndiaMART, company websites, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other lead sources.
- Contact new leads quickly and understand their product requirements, quantity, budget, and purchase timeline.
- Convert incoming enquiries into qualified buyers and confirmed sales orders.
- Regularly follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare and share product details, price quotations, wholesale rates, MOQ, and other commercial information with buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, quantity, payment terms, and other commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Develop long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, resellers, distributors, corporate buyers, and other B2B customers.
- Identify and approach new potential buyers instead of depending only on incoming enquiries.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and lead records.
- Track every enquiry from initial contact to follow-up, negotiation, order confirmation, and repeat purchase.
- Reactivate old leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.




- Coordinate internally regarding product availability, pricing, dispatch, and customer requirements.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to existing B2B customers.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and sales value.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase wholesale sales and build a strong B2B customer base.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Wholesale Sales, or Trading preferred.
- Solid communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales independently.
- Strong follow-up skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM/lead management.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and product enquiries simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
