Job Title: Regional Head - LPC

Job Description:
The Regional Head - LPC will be responsible for overseeing the Life Product Channel (LPC) operations in a designated region. This role involves driving sales performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Regional Head will lead a team of sales managers and financial advisors, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the Regional Head will collaborate with various departments to align resources and drive initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving KPIs.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that enhance product visibility and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and company policies.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor and manage the regional budget effectively.
