Role: Receptionist & Operations Intern
Job Type: Internship / Full-Time
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a Receptionist Intern to support the day-to-day operations of Tutoraq’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors, tutors, students, and parents.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with tutors and students.
- Maintain tutor and student records.
- Assist with tutor verification and onboarding.
- Follow up with tutors and prospective students.
- Support basic administrative and office tasks.
- Maintain professional communication with parents, tutors, and applicants.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.




- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Responsible, organised, and punctual.
