Job Title: Accounts Executive / Sr. Executive – Accounts Payable & Taxation
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive/Sr. Executive to handle Accounts Payable, taxation, accounting activities, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate will also assist in audits, tax assessments, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of details for tax assessments and statutory audits
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts
- Booking and reconciliation of credit card expenses
- Handle TDS and GST-related matters
- Prepare Creditors/MSME/Debtors ageing reports
- Assist with other regulatory and compliance requirements as needed
- Prepare and maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Support preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Perform other accounts-related activities as assigned





Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Com/M.Com
- 2.5–5 years of relevant experience; experience in a CA firm preferred

Key Skills:

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Practical knowledge of TDS and GST
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Strong ledger scrutiny and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP
- Ability to prepare and maintain ageing reports and Fixed Asset Register
- Basic understanding of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
