Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with an IT background and excellent communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

* Research potential clients, market trends, and industry developments.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Present and explain company products and services to clients.

* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.

* Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.





* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.

* Lead generation and sales experience.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

* 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

* IT background is mandatory.

* Knowledge of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or Web3 is an added advantage.
