We are looking for a Sales and customer experience executiveto join our team at Rooi Rang, Pune. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine love for Indian textiles, handmade products, and craftsmanship, along with a natural interest in working with people.

Position: Sales and customer experience executive
Location: Rooi Rang Studio, Baner, Pune
Employment : Full Time | On Site
Experience : 1-4 Years
Education: B.Com / BBA / B.SC./ B.M.S./ Retail Managemnt and related eductaion

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and guide them through product discovery, selection, and purchase.
- Drive sales by building genuine customer relationships and helping customers make informed choices.
- Develop solid product knowledge and communicate the craftsmanship, details, and story behind our products.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and regular stock updation.
- Conduct quality checks of garments and products.
- Ensure accurate product information across physical stock and the website.
- Handle barcoding, tagging, product organization, and stock records.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of products in the studio.




- Support website updates and routine studio operations.

Who are we looking for:

- A genuine love for ethnicwear, Indian textiles, handmade products, and traditional craftsmanship.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, retail, fashion, customer experience, or store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, responsible, organized, and willing to take ownership.
- Curious about Indian textiles, techniques, craftsmanship, and jewellery.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in product handling, QC, and inventory.
- Comfortable with computers, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic website management.
- Fresh graduates with a relevant qualification and a robust interest in ethnicwear, handmade products, and retail are encouraged to apply.
