Key Responsibilities:

- Review and understand business requirements, high-level designs (HLD), and low-level designs (LLD).
- Prepare provisioning procedures, Method of Procedures (MoP) for migration and upgrades, and configuration templates.
- Validate configurations through lab testing to ensure smooth and disruption-free production rollout.
- Deliver solutions across lab, pre-production, and production environments and hand over to operations teams.
- Own platform lifecycle management, including commissioning, maintenance, and retirement.
- Build deep technical expertise to consult with test engineers, design teams, and vendors on features and performance.
- Automate day-to-day implementation and operational tasks using NETCONF-YANG models and Python.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Fortinet NSE4 certification with robust hands-on experience on FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager.
- Solid understanding of firewall architecture and security concepts.
- Expertise in firewall policy configuration, address objects, NAT, interfaces, zones, logging, and VDOMs.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamic Routing (BGP) and basic routing & switching concepts.
- Experience with network automation using OpenConfig and vendor-specific NETCONF-YANG models, JSON, and XML.
- Proficiency in Python and Git.
- Exposure to Nokia SROS, F5 LTM/GTM, and Mobile 5G SA technologies is an added advantage.
