Head – Operations & Maintenance

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 8–10 years in Operations & Maintenance

Job Purpose:

To lead and optimize end-to-end plant operations and maintenance by ensuring safe, productive, and zero-emission processes, driving equipment commissioning and reliability, strengthening maintenance capabilities through SMP/SOP execution and team development, and enabling uninterrupted production through proactive resource, spare, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure plant safety, compliance, and zero dust/fume emission.
- Prepare and implement SMP/SOP for maintenance activities.
- Handle erection and commissioning of plant equipment and systems.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Manage equipment reliability, breakdown reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely execution and closure of AO, VSAP, and QMS activities.
- Manage spare planning, inventory management, and procurement coordination.
- Train, develop, and strengthen maintenance and operations teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
