1. Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Setup: Design, plan, and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) to drive ROAS, leads, and sales.
- Audience Targeting & Funnel Building: Build custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences; restructure ad account funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) for maximum conversion efficiency.
- Creative Testing & Copywriting: Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-converting ad creatives, video hooks, and persuasive ad copy.
- Budget Management & Scaling: Manage daily/monthly media spend, continuously optimize budget allocation (CBO/ABO), and scale winning campaigns profitably.
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom conversions, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for exact attribution.
- Reporting & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and landing pages; prepare detailed daily/weekly ROAS, CPA, and CTR performance reports.

Required Candidate Qualifications & SkillsCore Technical & Performance Skills:

- Meta Business Suite Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Business Manager, Catalog Sales, and Commerce Manager.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Technical Setup: Practical knowledge of Meta Pixel installation, Server-Side Tracking (CAPI), and domain verification.
- Ad Creative Strategy: Strong grasp of direct-response marketing visual principles, hook generation, and consumer psychology.

Eligibility & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience managing Meta ad budgets (preferably in E-commerce, Lead Gen, or Performance Marketing Agencies).

3. Organizational Compliance Requirements

- Intellectual Property Protection: Strict NDA to safeguard client ad accounts, proprietary funnel data, and creative assets.
- Workplace Attendance: Compliance with standard working hours and performance review benchmarks.
- Onboarding Verification: Final confirmation is subject to mandatory Police Verification Clearance and document submission.
