About the Role

ASH Academy is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team.

The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, providing the right course guidance, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Prior experience is not mandatory. We welcome freshers and candidates who have strong communication, convincing, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand students' educational background, career interests, and requirements.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, duration, fees, and other relevant information clearly.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students and parents.
- Follow up consistently with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Effectively communicate the value, benefits, and career scope of ASH Academy's courses.
- Handle student objections and queries professionally.
- Convince and motivate prospective students to make informed enrolment decisions.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and work towards improving lead-to-admission conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Contribute towards achieving individual and team performance goals.
