The Senior Officer - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves conducting thorough analysis, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:





- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to implement best practices and streamline processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management
- Support the development and execution of operational strategies
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Assist in project management efforts to ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
